About Nadine

I’ve always been motivated by people

My career didn’t start in boardrooms; it started with an interest in sports psychology. I was fascinated by performance, drive, and what makes people push themselves further. But I quickly realised it wasn’t the industry I was drawn to; it was the human beings within it.

I found more satisfaction in helping someone find their confidence than I ever did in a specific sector or role.

A Journey That Wasn’t Neat or Linear

My own path hasn’t been a straight line. I built my career alongside the beautiful, messy reality of life: raising a family, navigating redundancy, separation, and grief. I’ve managed the emotional load of home and the high expectations of professional life simultaneously — often quietly, and often without acknowledgement.

I also know what it feels like to walk into spaces where you don’t quite fit the mould. That experience shapes how I show up for my clients today.

For years, I directed large-scale change within HR; restructures, cultural shifts, and leadership programmes. And I saw firsthand that change fails when people feel unheard or disconnected.
